What could be better than going for an Autumnal walk with your wedding photographer a couples of weeks before your wedding? Staying indoors next to a cosy fire... never! Lisa and Ronan braved the cold of Kindelstown Woods at sunset for their pre wedding shoot.
What an amazing wedding! Weddings like this make all the planning and late nights worth it and so exciting to be a wedding photographer. Shawna and Ciara met each other playing softball for Ireland and ended up tying the knot in the ceremony room in Ballybeg House Co Wicklow.
So happy to be sharing the wedding of Claire and Oisin which was held recently in Druids Glen Resort in Co Wicklow. The morning started in Claire's home where she wanted me start the wedding photography when she was ready in her dress. But I arrived a little early to capture the last of the bridal prep. Then it is was onto Dalkey Church to meet up with the guests arriving. Oisin the Groom was there well in advance and managed to get his car clamped in the church car park. When they discovered he was the groom they released him!
What a great idea! Lets do a shoot at sunset on Bray Head. Excellent! Last week myself, Karen and Eoghan set up to climb Bray Head in Co Wicklow for a pre wedding photoshoot. As the sun was about to set I went on ahead and as I got to the top it just got totally covered in with fog! Karen and Eoghan still came up through the fog and we managed to get a few photos in.
When someone contacts you out of the blue asking you to be their wedding photographer because "they love your style" at one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Ireland you dont say no! Niamh and Colin emailed me this way and I immediately knew I wanted to be their wedding photographer. Both architects in London with their own design company they obviously know what they are talking about!
Sue and Kerry's wedding day could not have been more beautiful. It was more like a Summers day then the middle of October. The day began early in the morning at the stunning Lyrath Estate just outside Kilkenny City. Sue was just so beautiful and calm all morning.
Lorraine and Martin's low key wedding in the University Church and then on to the Cliff Town House on St Stephens Green was a real autumnal treat. The wedding day began in Sutton with Lorraine and her bridesmaid Susan getting ready. Then it was straight to the church where Martin was waiting patiently!
I just love weddings in Rathsallagh House. Everytime I photograph a wedding there the results are always amazing! It just seems to suit my style as a wedding photographer. There was an added bonus to this wedding of Karen and Owen, it was taking place in my home town Greystones Co Wicklow. In fact the very church I got married in 6 years and four days earlier!
