First you need to check that we are available! We do a maximum of 25 weddings per year. We have found in the past that if we do more it leads to burnout. To keep fresh we keep the numbers low.

Whether you just want a single photographer or you need a team of photographers and videographers we can handle that for you. Popular dates get booked up anything from 12-18 months in advance. We require a booking fee of €400 - €600 to secure the date. A contract also needs to be signed. The balance is then due 6 weeks before the wedding.

I really try to get you your wedding photographs back as soon as possible. At the start of the year it can be within 2-3 weeks but as you get closer to September it might be 4-6 weeks. Wedding films can take 6-8 weeks. But we always keep you updated on how things are going!

I usually arrive about two hours before your ceremony. This gives me plenty of time to capture the details and your preparations as they unfold. Then depending on the Collection you have booked it could be till the dinner bell or till the first half hour of dancing.

Yes, I find it really helps us get to know each other before the wedding day. We can chat about the timeline and all the things that are important for you.

We are not big fans of lists as we like to work in the moment following the light and capturing the days as it unfolds. But we understand this day only happens once in your life and we want to make sure we capture all the details and people that are important to you.

The Portrait Rooms team have been working together since 2026. But if you are thinking of using a different company for your wedding videography that is fine with us!
